Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

If the item was received damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos for assessment.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using your local postal service to avoid additional taxes. Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly process a refund or arrange an exchange. We are not responsible for lost packages on the way to us.
